HiRickey.

Questions people ask before they call

Or just ask Rickey. He's good at this part.

Is Rickey a real person?

No. Rickey is an AI assistant, and he's upfront about it. He sounds natural and handles conversation the way a person would, but he'll never pretend to be human.

Is Rickey just an AI receptionist?

No. He answers calls like one, and he also takes authorized actions inside your business: looks up customers, books, quotes, sends proposals, updates records, where your account is connected for it. For roofing companies that includes measuring a roof from the address and emailing a PDF proposal on the call.

What should I try on the demo call?

Tell him what your business does and ask him to answer the phone for it, or to call one of your customers. Throw him curveballs. The demo lasts about two and a half minutes.

Why do you text me a code before Rickey calls?

So nobody can send Rickey to call someone else's phone. The code proves the number is yours and that you asked for the call. If texting isn't available, Rickey's line can call and read you the code instead.

Is it the same number for calling in and getting called?

Yes. Call Rickey at the number on this site, and when he calls you, it comes from that same number. Save it in your contacts.

How does Rickey measure a roof on the phone?

He uses EstimatorPRO, our own satellite measurement engine. From the address alone he gets the roof size and shape during the call, prices it with the rates you set, and emails the homeowner a PDF proposal. Your team confirms the final price on inspection.

Does he work nights and weekends?

Inbound Rickey answers 24 hours a day, every day. Outbound calls only go out during the calling hours you set.

Can I turn him off during business hours?

Yes. Set the hours Rickey answers and the hours he doesn't. After hours only is a common setup.

When does outbound Rickey make calls?

Only inside your calling window, checked against each lead's own local time. A lead in California and a lead in Virginia each get called at the right hour.

Who is responsible for consent on my lead lists?

You are. You must have the consent the law requires before Rickey calls or texts anyone on your list. Rickey honors your do-not-call list and stops calling anyone who asks, immediately. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

Does he remember people who call back?

Yes. Rickey recognizes repeat callers and picks up with what he already knows: their name, what they wanted, and what was promised.

What happens when a caller wants a real person?

Rickey hands the call to the number you set, with context, or takes a callback and alerts you right away. You decide which.

Can someone trick Rickey into changing my business?

Owner commands need a PIN. Caller ID alone never unlocks them. Rickey only takes the actions your account has turned on; anything else, he takes a message.

What about spam calls?

Rickey screens them like a good front desk would and doesn't waste your minutes on them.

Can he use my voice?

Rickey's own voice is the brand, and it's what every account gets. Custom voices are available for white-label partners; you must own the voice or have written permission from the person it belongs to.

Does Rickey work with my CRM?

Rickey works inside EstimatorPRO today, and every plan can send your leads to the CRM you already use. Tell us which one and we'll set it up. See integrations.

Are calls recorded? Who can hear them?

Calls are recorded and transcribed so you can review them. Recordings are available to your account and to us for support and quality. See the AI & call recording disclosure.

What happens when I run low on minutes?

Rickey keeps answering every inbound call. Extra minutes are 39¢ each, outbound campaigns pause until your next billing period, and we email you at 80% and 100% of your minutes. Or move up a plan anytime.

How much does it cost?

The launch package is $49 a month with 75 call minutes and one service of your choice (roofing, gutters, or pressure washing); add another service for $19 a month. We're waiving the $495 setup fee for a limited time. Busier lines are $149 (350 minutes, 2 services) and $299 (800 minutes, every service). Those are inbound plans. Outbound Rickey is $349 a month (500 minutes), and Inbound + Outbound is $597. Launch pricing, limited time only. 3-month minimum. See pricing.

Can Rickey answer my personal phone?

Soon. HiRickey Personal is for everyday people: Rickey picks up when you can't and makes calls for you. Early access is open.

Can I resell Rickey?

Yes. The white-label program puts Rickey under your brand, with your name and pricing. Ask about white label.

Where is HiRickey built?

Virginia, by Pascat Graphics & Marketing. The people who built Rickey have done tree work, roofing and construction themselves.
